Assistive Devices Funding Program

August 2009

The Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy Assistive Devices Funding Program would like to inform persons with cerebral palsy and associated organizations in the province of Ontario that we will be accepting applications for financial assistance for the purchase of equipment on September 1, 2009. This program is available to persons of all ages with cerebral palsy in the province of Ontario who hold a valid Ontario Health Card.

The categories of equipment that will be funded by this program include:

• Communication & Writing Aids
• Enteral Feeding Equipment
• Orthotic Devices
• Respiratory Equipment
• Wheelchairs, Positioning and Ambulation Aids
• Home Accessibility Aids
• Bathing & Washroom Aids
• Electronic Aids to Daily Living
